Deanna Routh

July 18, 1938October 7, 2017

Deanna Gwynn Routh, 79, passed away Saturday, October 7, 2017 while visiting her daughter in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Funeral services will be held at 4 PM on Friday, October 13, 2017 at Grace Church of Iowa Park, with Pastor Kendall Graves officiating. Graveside services will follow in the Holliday Cemetery under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home in Iowa Park, Texas. Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM on Thursday, October 12, 2017 in the chapel at the funeral home. Deanna was born on July 18, 1938 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Bert and Willie (Edmondson) Smith. She attended school in Valley View, Texas. Deanna married John "Chink" Routh on June 9, 1958 in Frederick, Oklahoma. She was member of Grace Church of Iowa Park where she was very involved until the decline of her health. Deanna's worked as a caregiver at the MHMR facility in Iowa Park. She was a giver who gave her heart to anybody who needed it. Deanna loved watching the Gaither Homecoming Videos and working puzzle books. Deanna is preceded in death by her parents; one son, David Lovell; three brothers; and four sisters. Surviving relatives include her husband, Chink Routh of Iowa Park; sons, Randy Lovell and wife, Vickie of Holliday, Texas; Johnny Routh and wife, Cheryl of Malvern, Arkansas; and Steve Routh and wife, Trudy of Iowa Park; daughter, Mary Napier and husband, Donny of Fort Morgan, Colorado; 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren. Memorials are suggested to Grace Church of Iowa Park, Texas.
