My beloved sister.....I miss you so very much; just being able to call you for no particular reason or share a funny event, to giggle like school girls and then laugh at ourselves. You were and will always be my best friend and not a day goes by without me talking to you, saying your name or just telling you I love you. Although my heart is heavy, there is also a peacefulness. God Bless you my sister until we meet again...........M

With sadness I find Jewel is gone. I knew her in 5th 6th and 7th grade, we were best friends and always in love with the same boy. I would be happy to share any memories with her family if they are interested. - Geraldine Casey Hill

Jewel was always so gracious. She was the charter president of the Red River Optimist Club and was sworn in by Joe Zant, Jr., the current Governor. We will miss her smile.

The Family of Jewel Bradford is in our Prayers and may God Bless each and everyone of you..

Jewel being the first woman Governor of NTX District Optimist was a strong break in tradition in this area. I was one of her Lt. Governors in Zone 13, (now Zone 6). We had a great year and she was also noted as the First Governor in all of Optimist International...
