I wish with all my heart that I could have attended tonight’s visitation and be there for tomorrow’s service. I want to give my condolences to Kathy ‘s husband Steve, her children and grandchildren because they have lost the heart of their family. I am Kathy’s older cousin and I can remember when Kathy was born. Once my mother and I got to babysit her for a few days. She was the sweetest baby and so much fun and that description holds true all through her life. She was sweetness, grace and love. My heart and love also goes out to my Uncle Thurman. She was his first born and the oldest who helped and guided her brothers and sisters who she loved so much.

Kathy sure will be missed. I will miss seeing her pretty face at my Walmart. She would stop and talk to me every time I saw her. She would tell me or ask me if she could do anything for me. She said I could always call her if I needed to talk. I had cancer twice and she said everything would be ok. The last thing she told me was “love you Donna” makes my heart smile.
