Kittie was a great friend growing up! I stayed at her house more then mine! I was there when she fell in love with Frank! They were so in love! Even when the years were far in between, they still ended up together! I’m so sorry I can’t be there to say goodbye! I think of Kittie running out to wave to my dad every afternoon when he drove by from work! This time it’s her we will be waving too! Rest In Peace friend!!!!!

Love her so much and honored and blessed with her ever kind words and friendship. Kitty would drive my wife Toni Hein to kidney dialysis and comfort her up until Toni passed away. I bet Kitty and Toni are reunited having biscuits and gravy at McDonalds before going to their flower shop and making floral arraignments.

From 1995 to 1999 Kittie was my rock away from home. Military families just seem to know how to find each other. We road tripped to ballgames, shared children, enjoyed Christmas light rides while drinking hot chocolate, we took trips to Wichita Mountain, and we even nearly accidently left my child on the side of the road one time. Kittie got so tickled she couldn't even tell me Alex was running as fast as he could trying to catch the car. I was just trying to get back on the highway. We sat together at nearly every ballgame and always football practice. I loved those collards and pastry she cooked. I remember her cooking for the week on the weekends. Her bible was always right there on that kitchen table and you could tell what part of Scripture she was digging into. She loved with a huge heart in such a little short body. We got to know, love, and share in each other's life for four wonderful years in Iowa Park with a great group of kids. She will always be one of those that hold a special place in my heart. Prayers that God covers this family with a blanket of comfort that passeth all understanding. Much Love, Joni Quick

Ms. kitty was a lovely lady that cared so much about others. I had the privilege to have her in my Grief class as well as our Women's Bible Study! She cared so much about everyone and shared her wisdom with many of the young women in our Bible study. I can picture her as she would come in class and open her big Bible....she loved the Word of God.....and she loved people......I am blest to have had her as a friend....what a legacy she has left for all of us! May God bless and comfort her family . We will meet again....

It’s not the years we spend on earth, but the love we have shared while here. Ms.Kittie was a lovely and special person to her family and friends. She’ll always have a place in our hearts for the love she showed our family. I’ll miss our talks about our grandkids.
