Kittie Marie Shows Satterfield

A Memorial Service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 20, 2011 at Northside Baptist Church of Iowa Park with Rev. Earl Correll, son-in-law, officiating.

Kittie was born August 30, 1925 in Amarillo, Texas to John and Marie Shows. Kittie was an employee of the former Piccadilly Cafeteria of Wichita Falls, Texas. She was a member of the Northside Baptist Church of Iowa Park.

Her parents, husband, Charlie Satterfield; brothers, Lloyd and George Barton, great grandchild, Shiliana Erskine and great-great grandchild, Steven Freeman, Jr. preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children, Neva Carr and husband, Robert of Amarillo, Texas; Tayna Schoch and husband, Tony of Las Vegas, Nevada; John Ashton and wife, Barbara of Amarillo, Texas; Phillip Ashton and wife, Lana of Amarillo, Texas; David Ashton and wife, Darla of Amarillo, Texas, step-daughter Geraldine Correll and husband, Earl of Iowa Park, Texas; step-son, Billy Satterfield and wife, Glenda; 17 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; 18 great-great grandchildren and a sister, Mona Newell, of Farmington, Arkansas.
