A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 8, 2011 at Christ United Presbyterian Church of Wichita Falls with Rev. Bob Brown officiating. Burial will be at Ft. Sill National Cemetery under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home.
Mary was born September 2, 1931 in Jamestown, North Dakota to William Howard and Clara (Wyatt) Mackenzie. She and Robert Gerald Castor were married June 3, 1983 in Littlerock, California. Mary was a member of Christ United Presbyterian Church of Wichita Falls, Texas.
She was a Sales Associate for SAFB Base Exchange and a homemaker.
Her parents and siblings, Bud, Norma, Jim and Jean preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband, Robert of Wichita Falls; children, Charles Allen McAlpin of Quartz Hills, California and Joan Marie Trumm of Chamberlain, South Dakota; grandchildren, Katherine Marie Trumm, Jessica Lynn Trumm and Scott Arthur Trumm and a brother, Robert Mackenzie of Oakland, California.
