I've rented a home from Perry for almost 3 years. He was hands down the best landlord I've ever had. Everything I needed or the house needed was addressed immediately. He was a very nice gentleman and will be missed.

I spent many days and nights at Perry and Sandra's house(with Marc). Perry was such a fun guy and a friend to all he met. He took care of us young guys and put up with us through all of our mischievous adventures. He treated me like i was his own and Ill never forget him(or Sandra) for treating me so nicely. My parents divorced early in life and they were there to help out in many ways and never judged. God bless Sandra, Lisa, Marc, Perry, and the rest of the family.
