Randy was known for his devoted love for his family. He was a dedicated husband and an overwhelmingly proud father. He loved fishing, woodworking, and spending quality time with his family, as well as playing dominos. Randy was most proud to be a grandfather, and he loved his grandchildren—Easton, Madison, Elena, and Ethan—unconditionally.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Billingsley; his sons Clay Billingsley, and Clint & Phillip Billingsley; his grandchildren; his sisters, Pat Raby and Janet Sullivan; and his brother, Andy Billingsley. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Jimmy Billingsley.
A memorial service will be held on February 4, 2025, at 1 PM at Dutton Funeral Home, with visitation on February 3rd from 5-7 PM. The family welcomes friends and loved ones to join them in celebrating Randy’s life.
