Robbie Lee Rodgers Wall

A celebration of life will be held at the First Baptist Church in Electra, Texas on September 5th, at 10 AM followed with a graveside burial at the Harold Cemetery.

Robbie was born in Thalia, Texas on January 17, 1930, to Gladys and Eddie Railsback. They later moved to Crowell, Texas where Robbie was raised. Robbie married Horace Rodgers October 17, 1945. Robbie and Horace had 3 children, Dorothy, Brenda, and Larry.

Robbie's career consisted of over 40 years of bookkeeping for Douglas Mineral & Trust. She had many hobbies including spending time with her family, slipping treats to the grandkids when the parents weren't looking, and church activities at the First Baptist Church in Electra. Robbie enjoyed watching westerns, listening to revival music, and being present in all her grandkids' lives. Robbie enjoyed the holidays such as Christmas and the 4th of July family get-togethers to watch the family and extended family members fellowship.

Robbie is preceded in death by her husband Horace, daughter Dorothy Sivard, son Larry Rodgers, and granddaughter Kim Sorrels.

Robbie is survived by Brenda & husband Weldon Jetton, daughter-in-law Katherine Rodgers, seven grandkids - Tim Jetton, David Jetton & wife Jill, Zachary Rodgers, Christina Rodgers, Joshua Rodgers & wife Kristen, and Rod Sivard & wife Jacqueline. Robbie also has 17 great grandkids, and 6 great great grandkids. Robbie is also survived by extended family members such as Herbert and Kathy Detmer, Janet Ford, Tammy Fowler, and many nephews and nieces.

Pallbearers for the funeral will be Rod Sivard, Zachary Rodgers, Tim Jetton, David Jetton, Josh Rodgers, and Cloyd Marsh.

The family requests memorials be sent to Hospice of Wichita Falls or Electra Hospital Foundation in lieu of flowers
