Funeral Service for Bonnie Marie Scott, 86, will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2016 at New Life Community Church, Irmo. The family will receive friends from 2:30 until 3:45 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Burial will be held Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in Graceland Cemetery, West, Greenville. Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel, Irmo is assisting the family.
Mrs. Scott passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2016. Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Branlow and Mattie Hall. She was the wife of the late John Wilburn Scott. Mrs. Scott was a former member of United Pentecostal Church and attended New Life Community Church, Irmo.
Surviving are her children, Tommy Scott (Karen), Dee Taylor, Ray Fox, and Scott Haggerty. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and sister, Opal Miller.
