Mr. McAlister died Monday, June 13, 2022. Born in Florence, SC, he was a son of Linnie Ruth Lynch Fryer. He graduated from Wilson High School in Florence County, SC, and loved working as a service technician with Aquarium Pools. Doyle had a love for music and playing the guitar.
Surviving are his companion of 21 years, Brandy Simpkins, and son, Jesse Markjames McAlister, both of Columbia, SC, and nephew, Sammy Fryer of Florence, SC.
In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by his brother, Sam Fryer.
