Hannelore and her family live in several countries finally settling in Columbia in 1972. She worked for Tapp's Department Store and later Colonial Life for many years. Hannelore loved animals and had a passion for Atlanta Braves baseball.
She is survived by her sons; Mark DeMarco, Bruce DeMarco (Angela), her sister; Sieglinde Ray, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Hannelore was predeceased by her son Robert DeMarco, daughter; Rene DeMarco Eastman ( Lee) , sister; Marianne Endres, and brothers; Willie and Hans Schober.
Celebration of Life Services will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Dunbar Funeral Home- Dutch Fork Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
