Born in Childers, Alabama and last residing in Swansea, S.C., Frank passed away at home on Friday, February 5, 2021. Frank served in the U.S. Army as a combat medic. After the Army, he worked as a Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist.
Surviving are his daughters, Bridget Baker, Taylor Bridge; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Roberta Isbell; two nieces, Martha Isbell Vokes and Waynette Swanger. He was preceded in death by his father, James Isbell; mother, Dorthea Bardling; and brother, Sonny Isbell.
