My sweet cousin. I know you are with Jesus and our families. I will never forget you and will always love you like a sister. From our baby pictures through our school years, you and your sisters were always close. You touched so many lives with your kindness and your ever lasting smile . We miss you!

Jan and I worked together at the FBI. She was a wonderful and sweet person, who loved the Lord and her family. Leon, I am sorry to hear of Jan's passing. May you and your family feel the love and comfort of God now and in the days to come.

Jan. Such a wonderful person. I knew Jan in high school. In fact at one point we were girlfriend/boyfriend (LOL). I didn't have real contact with her throughout much of my life until recently. When we reconnected I found out that she was still the kind, sweet, caring person she was back then. Didn't surprise me. I always knew that those wonderful traits were deep character traits in Jan. I'm sad for her family, especially her kids and grandkids. I know they loved her with all their being. I wish I had words that could ease your pain, but I'm not sure any words could do that. All of you will be in my thoughts during these difficult days. To all of Jan's friends from those high school years, hang in there through this difficult time. I love you all.

Jan was such an amazing preschool teacher. My son Buzz and his class mates all LOVED her and it was such a pleasure getting to know Jan. She left a mark on many children. It was always a treat to run into Jan around town as her beautiful smile would greet you and she was always interested in how your family was doing. She was a special, lovely person.

My sweet cousin Jan-we all loved her so much. She could light up a room with her infectious smile and laughter. What a joy it was to grow up with the Commins girls, spending time with my extended family. Always, lots of laughter and giggles when we were around with Mom and Aunt Wee. Jan's love for God, family and friends gave her amazing strength and I pray that as you go through each day you can trust in the Lord to give you strength too. My prayers are with each of you and so sorry that I can not attend her celebration of life. I love and miss you.

Jan, my friend, I'm in awe of you, your strength, and your love of Jesus. There is no doubt at 2:14 Thursday Jesus had His arms open, waiting for you with a smile that met YOURS. You have been such a blessing to Robert and me this last year. You gave him so much hope with your favorite quote, "Robert, 'C' is for Christ not cancer." We love you, dear friend.
