The family of Joseph “Joe” Edward Klinger, 21, will greet friends Saturday, February 22, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel, Irmo.

Joe passed Sunday, February 16, 2020. Born in Danville, Indiana, he was the youngest of four children of James “Jim” and Kathy Klinger. Joe was a graduate of Dutch Fork High School.

Surviving in addition to his parents are: his wife, Mia Yancey Klinger; his son, Oakley William Klinger; sisters, Amanda Davis (Carson), their son, Gavin, Sarah Covey (Drew) their son, Lennox; brother, James Klinger. Also surviving are his grandfather, Edward Shaffer; aunts: Donna Pindrock, Carole Klinger, Barbara Friedman, Vicki Robinson; uncles: Daniel Klinger, Michael Klinger, Stephen Friedman; father-in-law, Gregory Yancey; mother-in-law, Carolyn Yancey; and sister-in-law, Brittany Yancey (Sean Rothe), their son, Camden Rothe; and brother-in-law, Gavin Yancey.
