Memorial Service for Linda S. Donovan, 48, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 6, 2015 at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church. Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel, Irmo, is assisting the family. Linda passed away Friday, May 29, 2015. Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Ronald Frank Szyjka and Joan Frances Klimczak Szyjka. Linda was a member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church where she cherished the fellowship of her church friends and family. She was a graduate of Columbia High School and Midlands Technical College. In 1984, Linda met the love of her life, David and on November 3, 1988, they were married. Her greatest gift was becoming a mother to her daughter, Kelly and son, Scott. Surviving are her husband, David; children, Kelly and Scott; and brother, Ronald Szyjka (Janet).
