

A graveside service for Marguerite B. Wilson, 88, will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, 2014 in Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends following the service at the home of Cliff and Dana Hall. Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel, Irmo is assisting the family. Mrs. Wilson passed away peacefully at her home, Tuesday, May 13, 2014. Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late J. Clifton Butler and Maggie Clark Butler. Mrs. Wilson was the wife of the late Marvin G. Wilson. She was a member of Main Street United Methodist Church and the Friendship Sunday School Class. She was active with the Frances Bodie Circle of Kings Daughters. Mrs. Wilson retired as a Control Clerk with Bellsouth Telephone and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers. She was a loyal and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She will be dearly missed by many. Surviving are her son, Marvin G. Wilson, Jr.; grandchildren, Marvin G. “Trae” Wilson III, Kenneth E. (Julie) Hall, Jr., Clifton W. (Dana) Hall; great-grandchildren, Patsy Hall, Katie Hall, Clifton Hall, Jr. and Amelia Hall.
