Tricia has always been like a second mom. Her family has been like an extension of our own, and her presence shaped so many of my memories. She had a way of making people feel truly seen and cared for. As a nurse and a natural caregiver, she gave so much of herself to everyone around her. She was brilliant, witty, and full of life with a wonderful sense of humor and a “no-nonsense” honesty that I always admired and appreciated. She is terribly missed! So grateful for the love she gave me and for the place she holds in my life!

Patricia was a wonderful person,   I  loved working with her, she knew how to push patients that needed to be pushed and how to encourage and support patients that needed more guidance and teaching.   Her family will be in my thoughts and prayers

What a terrible loss. Tricia was one of a kind. Her family and friends know that if Tricia had chosen to open a restaurant, it would have quickly have become one of the most sought-after fine dining experiences in the Southeast. However, Tricia chose another path. As a dedicated home-health nurse, Tricia spent much of her life providing loving care to patients who desperately needed nursing assistance in their own homes. Tricia chose to reserve her unique ability to create the area’s finest gastronomic experiences for her family (lucky Mitch!!!) and her closest friends. And, hundreds, if not thousands of very sick patients benefited from that decision. Tricia dedicated her vast nursing talents to those that most needed her - in their own homes, when they most needed assistance. There will always be a gaping hole in the lives of those who loved Tricia. However, we hope that Mitch, Marshall, Ginger, and the many other people who loved her will find some solace in the fact that Tricia was able to live such a long life, was able to provide so much assistance to so many other people, and was able to pass on her own terms – peacefully, in her own home.

Patricia was a very special person and even more special friend.  She and her family made me and my family feel most welcomed when we moved to Chapin. Patricia will be sorely missed as friends like her and her family come along once in a life time.

I am so shocked and saddened by this news and am keeping the family in my prayers. Patricia was a bright light in my work place and I will forever be grateful for her wisdom and support with my journey in home health. She will be greatly missed .
