Rebecca was born April 5, 1954 and passed away March 12, 2018. She was predeceased by her parents William Lively and Dorothy Humphries Lively.
Rebecca is survived by her step daughter Shana Kortgardner, two brothers, David Lively (Barbara) of Renton WA and Randy Lively (Mija) of Sonora, CA along with 3 nephews, 3 great nephews and 2 great neices. The family requests that memorials be made to the Kidney Foundation.
