Richard Matthew Mihalic, 74, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2015. Born in Baden, PA, he was a son of the late Anthony and Joan Cokrlic Mihalic. Richard was the husband of Gretchen B. Mihalic. He was a Veteran of the US Navy having proudly served our country during the Vietnam Era. He was a member of the Baden American Legion. Surviving are his wife of 24 years, Gretchen; sons, Curt Mihalic, Richard Mihalic, both of California; grandsons, Christian McLean (USMC), Joshua McLean of Virginia; step-son, Scott Short of California, David Short of North Carolina; and five step-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Paul Mihalic and wife, Sandee of Pennsylvania; and a sister.
