Born on November 23, 1947, in Miami Beach, Florida, Terence lived a life marked by intellectual curiosity, dedication, and service to others. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Kenneth Kemper and Genevieve Hoffman Kemper.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Rocio Arrieta Kemper; his children and their spouses, Eric Terence and Melissa Kemper, Andrea Kemper and John Edwin Quinn, and Victor Adam and Amber Elizabeth Kemper; and his cherished grandchildren, Sophia Natalie Kemper, Audrey Valerie Kemper, and Alexander Lucas Kemper.
Terence was a lifelong learner and educator who shared his passion for knowledge as both a librarian and a history teacher. He was also a published writer, a master gardener, and a dedicated Scoutmaster. Through his many roles, he touched countless lives with his wisdom, kindness, and steady guidance
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
The family will hold a private remembrance at a later date.
