Entered into the presence of his Savior on September 4, 2013 age 84. Survived by his children, Gwendolyn Wolf, Marilyn Shaw, David (Susan) Taylor, Peggy Mathews, John (Linda) Taylor, Judy Griffis, Tony (Pam) Taylor, Andrea (Wayno) Long and Adam (Christal) Taylor; twenty-two grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jane Taylor. He was a member of the Jackson Area Emmaus Community and Kaleva Baptist Church. He retired from Lynair Inc. after 28 years of service. Funeral services will be held at the New Hope Missionary Church, 1800 Park Rd. Jackson, Saturday September 7, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Byron Maynard officiating. Burial Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation Friday 6-9 P.M. at the funeral home and Saturday 10-11 A.M. at the church. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Jackson Area Emmaus Community.
