So heart breaking to hear of Alice's passing. She was an excellent RN and a delightful woman.  I feel fortunate to have worked with her and I feel that my patients were blessed to have been under her care.

So sorry to hear of her passing we had just spoke a few weeks ago. My mom and her mom were best friends we comforted each other with the death of our parents, she was a wonderful person. God keep her safe till we meet again. Vel Fullerton

I am so sorry for another loss at such a young age she will be missed greatly.

I am so sorry to learn of your loss. I didn't learn about it until 11/15/2014 when someone mentioned it at work.I'm so shocked to hear about Alice's death.

I had the privilege of working with Alice many times over the course of my four years at Allegiance when she would float to 6NW. I always knew that my night would be better when she was working. Whether she was in charge or working as a regular staff nurse, she was always kind, efficient, helpful and smiling. I will never forget her smile or that infectious giggle she had. She was like a work "mom" to me - always there if I needed help or guidance with a difficult situation and on slower nights, offering support and guidance regarding my personal life. She spoke of her family with love and adoration and spoke of her faith with fervent passion as well. In fact, she used to go to Ganson Street Baptist and knew my dad and his brothers when they all were much younger. I was so saddened to hear of her passing. I know that we are supposed to trust God's plan, but it's hard to fathom why He would take her away so soon when she was so full of life. I guess God needed her tender, sweet ways in Heaven. She will truly be missed by all that knew her.

Having taught some of the Adams in school, I knew Alice as a loving mom who always wanted the best for her children. My sympathy to the entire Adams family but especially to Krystal and Matt - carry your mom forever in your heart for she was a very special lady!

What a tremendous loss.  I was so saddened to hear about the passing of Alice.  She was an awesome person, was compassionate, had a great personality, and was easy to talk to about anything.  I considered her a friend and I will miss her smiling face at work.  My condolences to her family.

I was so fortunate to cross paths with Alice earlier this year when she was part of the great team caring for my mom in the hospital. Alice looked familiar but I couldn't place her, until she mentioned "I went to Blackman (elementary school)...". I immediately blurted out ALICE FREIBURGER! We spent a little time catching up, she gave me her phone number and I gave her a hug for being such a wonderful caregiver to my mom. I hadn't called Alice yet .....gosh, sure wish I had. My deepest condolences to the family and all others that were close to Alice. She was a true gift to this world.

We only knew Alice a short time, but she was always pleasant to be around and LOVED her grand babies more than anything. I love seeing all these wonderful memories of her. My heart is heavy for the family and were praying God keeps a hand on your shoulder through this!!

This is Autumn (Betty Freiburger's granddaughter, daugher to Richard and Brenda Freiburger), I wanted to leave a condolence for Alice's family from Betty. I am so sorry to hear of Alice's passing and I wish I could be there to comfort you all in your time of grief. I do remember having fun everytime I went to visit Ann and Alice in Jackson. She will be missed and forever loved.

Alice was a great lady. She was such a joy to work with at the hospital. Our hearts are very heavy with the loss of our sister,coworker. An inspiration to all that knew her.
