Of Jackson, passed away unexpectedly on November 2, 2016 at the age of 85. Bob was born on June 25, 1931 in Nelsonville, Ohio to parents Grover and Maude Dean. Bob met the love of his life Norma Jean Cullison and married her on August 4, 1952. He was a mechanic by trade and also delivered of the Citizen Patriot, receiving Carrier of the Month in February 1999; he loved being outdoors. He was a member of Southwest Baptist Church where he played on the softball team for many years. Bob is survived by his children, Barbara (Bill) Baringer and Bobbie (Jeanne) Dean; granddaughter, Amanda Wyllis; sisters, Olive (John) Corbin and Ethel Johnson; many friends and neighbors. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 50 years, Norma; and siblings, Aretta, Tom, and Wilbur. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 from 3-8 pm at the funeral home with cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family for final expenses.
