Of Marion, Michigan passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at the age of 46. Brandi was born in Albion, Michigan on March 8, 1979 to parents Gerald L. Hammontree and Connie F. (Case) Boden. She was married to her husband David A. Nutter for 9 years. Brandi loved helping people and loved animals. She enjoyed the outdoors, cooking, camping, fishing, and boating. Brandi is survived by her husband David Nutter; children Jesse James Rose, Matthew D. Rose, Alexandra Peltier, and David Peltier; grandchildren Waylon Hand, Oakland Hand, and Iris Beavers; and sister Christy Hammontree. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Gerald and Shirley Hammontree and Ronald and Eleanor Case and uncle Dale A. Case. Cremation has taken place and there will be a private family gathering at later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cascades Humane Society (1515 Carmen Drive, Jackson, MI 49202).
