Carmen Denise Reynolds-Guinn - Passed away peacefully on March 11, 2018 at Henry Ford Allegiance Hospital. She was a graduate of Parkside High School. Carmen was ecstatically humorous and could make you laugh uncontrollably at the simplest things. She spent a lot of her years doing home health care and foster care. She is survived by her children, Tiffany Guinn-Moore, Jermaine Buckner, adopted daughter, Niah Guinn; four grandchildren, Desmond (Alexis) Anderson, Paul Moore, Jr., Anya Cole, DeMario Buckner; two great grandchildren, Nevaeh Ashe and Desmond Anderson, Jr.; siblings, Lucille (Hermon) Nunn of Gary, Indiana, Benjamin (Chonita) Ali, Michael D. Guinn and Ronald (Debra) Guinn; an Aunt, Mary Louise Jenkins and an Uncle, Leonard Scott; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and a special niece, Tomeika Brown. Carmen was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Betty Hall and Manuel Guinn and a sister Cecilia (Hall) Carson.A celebration of Carmen’s life will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 1:00pm at Church of God (140 West South Street) with Rev. Lee Hampton officiating.

Carmen was a classmate of mine, we grew up in the same neighbourhood, she became one of my friends, she introduced me to her brother Michael D.Guinn and we dated and got married to that union was 3 Children, Carmen was a very loyal friend and kept you laughing, I love hearing her sing, we had ups and downs , we always made peace and got it togethe. I will miss her in many ways , cooking ,laughing, talking on the phone, sharing stories about our children, Carmen you got your wings and now you are free, Sing dance and enjoy Mom and Sonny.I’m not sad I can rest know you are pain and suffering free, See you over yonder my Friend, Annette Guinn-Potts

To my dearest Auntie Carmen Thank you for all your memories there's so many to cherish over all the years that you kept the family together and raising me and my kids you truly will be missed as the rock of my life..
