Cary Ann Willoughby

Cary Ann Willoughby, age 58, of Jackson, Michigan, was born at Mercy Hospital in Jackson, MI on January 9, 1968, and passed away July 10, 2026, at her home in Jackson. Cary Ann was the daughter of Judith Ann Siegiel and Gary Lee Sanford.

Through years marked by steady devotion and hard work, Cary Ann built a life defined by care for others and pride in doing things well. She owned her own cleaning business and also worked at the Jackson Friendly Home, where her dependable spirit and commitment to daily service reflected the quiet strength with which she lived. To those who knew her best, she was deeply cherished and truly beloved.

Cary Ann is survived by her dad, William J. Rouiller; half sister, Sarah Marquis; brother-in-law, William Marquis; daughter, Rachelle Baker; grandkids: Neveah Willoughby-Cooks, Jeremiah Wallace, KyLisha Wallace, Tiana Wallace; and great-grandkids: Cailanni Basher, Rashad Basher, Jr.

Cary Ann was preceded in death by her father, Gary Lee Sanford; her mother, Judith Ann (Sanford) Rouiller; grandmother, Marjorie Siegiel; son-in-law, Antwon Baker; and son, Bryan Willoughby.

Services to celebrate Cary Ann’s life will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 12 Noon at Queen of Miraculous medal Church, 1111 Carlton Blvd. Jackson, MI with Father Tim MacDonald officiating.
