Of Jackson, passed away on March 22, 2012 with her family beside her. She was born on December 10, 1918 to parents, Lloyd and Hazel Abele. Charlotte married Myron “Bud”, in Jackson, on May 29, 1941. She was a homemaker; she enjoyed her vegetable garden, was an outdoor enthusiast, played softball, an avid bowler, and loved music and dancing. She played the ukulele and enjoyed watching the grandkid’s sporting events. Charlotte is survived by her sons, Jerry A. Fischer, Sr. and Thomas J. (Christine) Fischer; grandchildren, Lisa (Robert) Weber, Lori (Lyle) Warren, Leslie (Eric) Downs, Jerry A. (Julie) Fischer Jr.; great-grandchildren, Madison, Nolan, Thomas, Jalyn, Josephine and Tyler; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents and husband “Bud”. Charlotte’s family wishes to give special thanks to Greenleaf Assisted Living, Legacy, Bethany House and Great Lakes Caring for their compassionate care of their mother and grandmother. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, March 26, 2012 at 1:00 pm. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 25, 2012 from 3 pm to 6 pm. She will be laid to rest next her husband at Roseland Memorial Gardens.
