Born on April 16, 1955, in Detroit, Michigan, Craig spent his life rooted in the state he called home. He built a successful career as a software engineer with Siemens Corporation, where his dedication and technical expertise left a lasting impression on colleagues and collaborators alike.
Craig was known for his deep love of music and sports—two passions that shaped much of his life. He played music in several bands over the years, finding joy and camaraderie through rhythm and melody. Equally enthusiastic about athletics, Craig enjoyed playing softball and remained active well into his later years. One of his greatest joys was attending his grandson’s sporting events, where he could often be found cheering from the sidelines with pride.
He is lovingly remembered by his fiance Dawn, daughters Whitney, Morgan, LaTeesha, and Dakota; his grandchildren; and his sisters Marilyn and Cheryl. Craig was preceded in death by his mother Marcia, father Maynard, and brother Mark.
Craig’s memory lives on through the music he played, the games he loved, and the family who will continue to cherish him. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
