Of Lansing passed away unexpectedly age 59. Survived by 2 children Lori Snyder, and Brian (Heather) Seger, 2 grandchildren, her mother Rita Payne, 2 brothers Carter (Sharee) Payne II, and Mark Payne and friend Brenda, 2 aunts Betty Payne and Marilyn Goris, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her father Carter Payne I. She was a very loving sentimental person and will be missed by all the people who loved her. Per her wishes cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
