Douglas Angus Richards II

Our Loved one was taken from us on Saturday, December 24, 2016 at the age of 31. He leaves to cherish his memory, mother, Janice Richards; sister, Joanne Richards; beloved nephew, Eric Lopez; grandmother, Joanne Bisbee as well as several loving aunts, uncles, cousins, family members and friends. Doug was born in Texas on October 20, 1985. He attended Northwest Schools and was employed with Rooney’s Sewer Service for many years. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He touched the hearts of many and will be greatly missed. We are heartbroken and struggle with his loss each and every day. My son is a wonderful person. He is a cherished brother, son, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to all who had the privilege to know him. Losing him has left us in the dark; for he was nothing but light, funny, loud, outgoing, generous to a fault, kindhearted, stubborn, loving, caring and plain and simple, my son! Doug was one in a million and someday we hope to be able to smile through our tears, maybe someday. We love you, Doug and miss you every day. We wish you were still in our arms but you will always be in our hearts. A service honoring Doug’s life will be held at Chas. J. Burden & Son on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. with the Reverend Dr. James Hegedus officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation from 11:30 a.m. until the time of service.
