Age 82 of Jackson, passed away on Saturday, May 15, 2010 under the care of Allegiance Hospice. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Julia Ann. Mrs. Chamberlain is survived by her daughter, Cynthia S. Fretwell and son, James B. (Patricia) Chamberlain; four granddaughters, Frances (Stephen) Risenger, Julia Shock, Christine Crabtree and Kimberly (Chad) Harris; thirteen great-grandchildren as well as three great-great-grandchildren. She retired from Vista Grande Villa after many years of service. She was a member of First Church of Christ Christian. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has been chosen and a service honoring her life is scheduled at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Michael Mason officiating. Family will receive friends for visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
