Helen was born to Irish Canadian immigrants during a day trip to Niagara Falls NY. Weighing in at a premature 4 lbs. she survived both the lack of advanced medical technology and the stock market crash. We always joked that the world saw her coming and said, Oh boy! Helen held a variety of positions including with the courts, FBI, and Meijer where she used her employee discount to spoil the grandkids. She also enjoyed her church families, bible study and outreach activities. Mom courageously fought both Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, finally succumbing surrounded by the love of her family. Predeceased by her birth parents, adoptive parents William & Emily Oliver, daughter Mary Helen, brothers and sisters William, Royce and Joyce Oliver; spouses Paul, Cassius and Robert “Bob”. Survived by her children Monte Seeger, Roberta “Terry” Schultz, and Margaret “Peggy” Lowe; bonus children Paula, Janet and Ron; Grandchildren Robert, Conrad Schultz, Jhonda, Ray Jr., Richard, Brian and Joshua Lowe; 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A celebration of Helen’s life will be held at Chas. J. Burden & Son Funeral Home (1806 E.
