Bishop was such a wonderful and nice man. I remember when I started playing drums, he never really said a lot to me, even though he knew who I was and I knew who he was. One day he came over to me I was maybe 12 or 13 he said I love to hear you play. He said make sure you give your gift to God, and treat your gift well. I will never forget him for that. Rest on heaven sir.
You’ve served us well.
Condolences to the family.

Bishop Eggleton was an inspiration to me being a gentle loving brother. A teacher of righteousness with a right word and encouragement. We will all miss him who knew him.

Praise the Lord, to Lady Ann Eggleton, and to the family of Bishop Archie C. Eggleton Sr. My fondest memories of Bishop are those of him preaching Jesus and playing the piano at Bethelem Temple-Jackson, I traveled there with People's Community Apostolic Church, under the leadership of Bishop Alan T. Justice. I remember how welcome and humble he was as he greeted each of us, how his smile and kind words, always accompanied his "Praise the Lord". I am praying for you and trust the God of Glory will strengthen, comfort and provide your every need during the coming days and throughout in Jesus name.
Lovingly
