Jean Ellen Foley

Age 71, lost her courageous battle with cancer on February 7, 2014, at her Stockbridge home with her loving husband, Patrick, by her side. Jean was a devoted mother and wife and cherished the time she spent with her family. She loved the U.S.A., animals and gardening. Jean was an avid sports fan and trained standardbred horses for many years. Jean was preceded in death by her father Leslie Fay McNeill, mother June Ida (Johnson) McNeill, and her brother Frederick. She is survived by her husband Patrick. Sisters Judy (Nora Ewing) McNeill, Joanne (Red) Calvert, and brother Leonard; Children Kathy (Jeff) Toy, Tony (Denise) Pratto, Cheryl Pratto, Tim Foley, Tricia (Jeff Monroe) Foley, and Daniel (Krista) Foley; Grandchildren Alex and Elaney Toy, Brandon (Stephanie) Pratto, Theresa Pratto, David Martin, Tyler Monroe, and Jeffrey, Jacob and Tyler Foley; Great-Grandson Braxson Pratto. Visitation will be held on February 12, 2014 at the funeral home from 12:00pm-2:00pm, with the service to immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the SPCA of Southwest Michigan (6955 West KL Ave., Kalamazoo, MI 49009).
