Of Jackson, passed away on September 17, 2019 at the age of 36. She is survived by her children, Jacob Laughlin and KayLynn Wood; mother, Sandra Bitner; two sisters, Heather (Andy) Porter and Courtney (Robert) Burgess; and grandmother, Jean Brown as well as many loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, James Bitner; brother, Jimmy Bitner; nephews, James and Andrew also her grandparents, Ralph Brown, Don and Marilyn Bitner. Jessica was born in Bakerfield, California on October 10, 1982 and attended Jackson Public Schools. Jessica had a heart of gold and a wonderful sense of humor. She loved children, crafts, gardening and animals, especially cats. She enjoyed the simple things in life.
