Our precious baby boy, Kasai Takoa Williams, was born on October 9, 2025, in Jackson, Michigan, and passed peacefully in the loving arms of his mother on October 15, 2025, in Lansing, Michigan. Though Kasai was with us for only six days, his life was filled with love, warmth, and the touch of countless hearts who will forever cherish his memory.
Kasai is the beloved son of Myainna Houston and Bryce Williams. He is the adored grandson of Maghen Hamilton and Michael Demps Jr., and of Teqia Williams and Devon Houston. He is also deeply loved by his aunt Raegan Reed, Myainna’s siblings, Bryce’s siblings, great-grandparents, and many extended family members who will forever hold him in their hearts.
A private service celebrating Kasai’s life will be held with close family and friends. The family wishes to thank everyone for their prayers, compassion, and support during this difficult time.
