Kathryn J. Skrzynski

Of Jackson, passed away on January 4, 2020, after a 30 year courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis. She was born October 27, 1947 to Robert and Helen (Crampton) Clemons. In addition to her father, Kathryn was preceded in death by her high school sweetheart and husband of 44 years, Richard. She is survived by her children, Joseph (Patricia), Stephen (Laurie), Ryan (Tammy); grandchildren, Matthew, Jacob, Rebekah, Cameron, Garret, Chase, Shayne; great-grandchild Maelynn. She is also survived by her mother; sister, Karen (James) Mason; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Kathryn touched the hearts of many and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at Ridge Crest Health Campus and Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice for their support and care of Kathryn. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Fatima Church, (913 Napoleon Rd., Michigan Center), on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at Chas. J. Burden & Son Funeral Home (1806 E. Michigan Ave) from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Kathryn will be laid to rest next to her husband at Oak Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to charity of one’s choice.
