Of Pleasant Lake, Michigan passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday, September 15, 2023 at the age of 89. He was the youngest and last surviving child, born to Frank and Lilly Freiermuth on April 1, 1934, in Jackson, MI. After graduating from Stockbridge High School, he enlisted with friends and proudly served in the United States Army. Following his honorable discharge, he returned to Jackson and retired from Dana Corporation in Chelsea, MI after many years of service. Leonard touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed. According to his wishes cremation will take place and there will be no services.
