Of Jackson, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at the age of 70. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Delbert Pond; three sons, Shanon (Jane), David (Wilma) and Jamie (Jessy); many grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sister, Cheryl Baldwin; brother-in-law, Bob Roark as well as nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Pam Underwood-Lounsbery, Mary Ellen Roark and Linda Hawes. Marcia was born in Adrian, Michigan to Harold and Lila (Dodds) Schweikert on February 15, 1953 and is a 1971 graduate of Vandercook Lake High School. She married Delbert in July of 1971 and together they raised a family. She worked for over 20 years at Libra. She loved her family and enjoyed taking care of them. She enjoyed traveling, visiting northern Michigan, camping, swimming, spending time with grandchildren and her k-9 companion, Brandy. She touched the hearts of many and will be greatly missed. According to her wishes, cremation has been chosen and there are no services at this time.
