Marjori Dimitry Gonzalez passed away July 5, 2025, under the care of Hospice and Spring Arbor Assisted Living. Marjori was born September 12, 1942, in Jackson, MIchigan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlos Gonzalez and parents, Vangel and Mary Dimitry. She is survived by her sister, Dorothy Dimitry and brother, Philip and Paul (Colleen) Dimitry. Also survived by nephews, Auston (Mia, Patrick, Charlotte); John (Alexander, Elizabeth, Joshua, David and Quentin) and Greg Dimitry. Marjori graduated from Jackson High School in 1960 and attended Jackson Community College. She worked in the family restaurant business at the New York Lunch then as co-owner of Kotsi's Delicatessen. She was also dedicated to Jackson's small business community as a banker with Midwest Bank. She excelled at Macedonian Folk dancing and loved the St. Demetrius Orthodox Church dances and picnics. She moved to Lakeland, Florida in 1980 where she met her husband, Carlos. They enjoyed the Sunshine State together for over 40 years. Funeral services will be held in Lakeland, Florida.
