Michael Jay Mullin

Of Jerome, Michigan, passed away at his home on Monday, October 30, 2023 at the age of 54. He will be remembered by his wife, Karen Mullin; nine children, Bradley (Ashley) Gumpher, Kristin (Carlos) Olivares, Emily (Timothy) Statkiewicz, Jesse, Charles, Payton, Lakara, Keelan and Hannah; many grandchildren; father, Lester Mullin; siblings, Christine, Craig, Shawn and Nicki as well as nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends. In addition to his grandparents, he was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ellen Russell and grandson, Greyson. Mike was born in Pontiac, Michigan on November 13, 1968 and attended John Glenn High School. He proudly served in the United States Navy and was employed with Consumers Energy for many years. Mike loved his family. He always put them above himself. He was always willing to help others when he was able to. He touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed. Funeral Services will be held at Burden & Patience-Montgomery Funeral Home on Friday, November 3, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. with Military Honors. The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday evening from 3:00 until 7:00 P.M.
