Of Jackson, passed away at his home on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at the age of 46. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lou Nichols and sister, Michelle Nichols. He is survived by his father, Dale (Pat) Nichols; brother, Marc (Rose) Nichols and numerous loving family member and friends. Mike was born in Jackson and graduated from Lumen Christi High School. He relocated to California and was employed with American West Airlines as well as Entertainment Partners. He attended St. Mary Catholic Church and played the organ when he was younger. A Prayer service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, August 12, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. followed by A Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home for visitation on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A rosary service will be held Sunday at 6:00 p.m. He will be laid to rest at Roseland Memorial Gardens.
