Myrtle was born in Clearwater, Florida to Hugh and Evelyn Clemons on December 22nd 1944. She married Cecil Ladd in Dunedin, Florida and they spent over 30 years together. She retired from Mease Countryside Hospital after 42 years where she worked as a secretary/office administrator. She was a long time member of Dunedin Assembly of God church.
Myrtle is preceded in death by her parents Hugh and Evelyn Clemons, Sisters Frances Day and Erlene Walters, and Son Ronnie Barton
Myrtle is survived by spouse Cecil Ladd, Sons Raymond Klunk and Keith Klunk, Grandchildren Larissa Roush, Madeline Barton, and James Barton.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Dunedin Assembly of God. Details to be determined.
