Patricia “Pat” Anderson-Worthey, of Jackson, went home to be with the Lord on April 18, 2011 at the age of sixty-one. She is survived by her Aunt/Mom, Kathryn Anderson-Wright; aunt and uncle, Ardella and Johnny Brewer; sister, Michelle Love Coleman; brother, Henry “Count” Brewer; daughters, Sonya Worthey and Heather (Jesus) Murguia; sons, Terrence “Terry” Lamont Worthey and Devonn “Chris” Worthey; special daughters, Anna Blythe, Melody White and Deanna Glaspie; grandchildren, Latrell Wilson, Jaelynn Worthey, Brandon Murguia; Danny, Vanessa and Jessica Broussard and Mario Murguia; special sisters, Raygena Center and Francis Thomas; a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and special cousin, Linda. She is preceded in death by her father, Richard Anderson; mother, Juanita Matthews; grandmother, Mable Anderson-Caddell; sisters, Brenda Matthews and Teresa M. Wright; brothers, Richard and Tyrone Anderson and granddaughter, Shalynn Wilson. Pat graduated from Jackson High School in 1968. She worked for Wendy’s in Ann Arbor and Chelsea for twenty years. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and aunt. She will be remembered for her sense of humor and kindness, her outgoing, free-spirited nature and her honesty and realness. Home Going Celebration will be held at Patience-Montgomery Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. with Reverend Melvin Hartman officiating. Family hour at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12:00 Noon until the time of service. Burial Woodland Cemetery.
