

Age 63, of Jackson, MI passed away in her sleep on February 4, 2016. Pat was born in Jackson, MI on August 3, 1952 to parents John and Karlene Bradshaw. She is survived by her brothers, Howard (Susanna) Bradshaw and William (Cynthia) Bradshaw and many nieces and nephews. Pat gave her heart to the Lord Jesus Christ as a youth and never wavered from her faith. She attended the Jackson Free Melodist Church until her health problems limited her independent mobility. Pat was a graduate of Vandercook Lake High School. After graduation she started working at The Sweden House Restaurant-Cafeteria in food preparation. Upon the closing of that business, she worked at the east end Jackson Meijer in their deli / fresh food prep. Pat worked there about 20 years and retired from Meijer in 2007. After retiring, Pat rekindled her love for drawing by taking weekly drawing/painting classes. Throughout the years of classes she completed many paintings in both oils and pastels. Her works were displayed throughout her home. Several of her paintings were entered for judging in the Jackson County Fair. A celebration of Pat’s life will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 12:00 PM at Jackson Free Methodist Church, 2829 Park Road, Jackson, MI. Family will receive friends for visitation at the church from 11:00 AM until time of service. She will be laid to rest next to her parents at Roseland Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family for final expenses.
