Pauline Faith Taylor

Pauline Faith Taylor passed on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 in Jackson, MI. at the age of 88. Born on November 20, 1937 in West Branch, MI to Edgar C and Eugenia V. (Newberry) Steelman. Pauline is survived by daughters, Kim (LJ) Wilkinson, Kristenia (Greg) Pittman, and Hillary (Chris) Knapp; son-in-law Leonard Lockwood; grandchildren, Pauline Lockwood, Ben (Alana) Plum, Melissa (John) Grubbs, Cameron (Sarah) Acker, Katrina (Andrew) Marr, Lauren Aberle, Matthew Aberle, Sydney Knapp, and Logan Knapp, 7 great grandchildren with one on the way; one great-great-grandchild. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brother, John Steelman; daughter, Eugenia Lockwood.

She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church. She loved to crochet and knit, creating countless handmade treasures that reflected her generous spirit. An avid bowler, she spent many happy years on various leagues and treasured the friendships she made along the way. She found joy in planting and tending to her flowers, and she had a special place in her heart for dogs, whose companionship brought her great comfort and joy.

Special thank you to her "Queenie" Charlotte, who provided exceptional care and love to our mom as her nurse at Vista Grande Villa.

A Memorial Service will be held at Burden-Patience-Montgomery Funeral Home (1806 E. Michigan Ave. Jackson MI 49202) on Friday, June 19, 2026 at 12:00 PM with visitation starting at 11:00 AM. Pauline will be laid to rest at Roseland Memorial Gardens following the services. Luncheon immediately following.
