Of Jackson, MI passed away on August 18, 2014 at the age of 79. Phyllis was born to Maynard and Gladys Corwin on June 16, 1935 in Jackson, Michigan. In 1951 she married the love of her life Harold D. Sisk and where married for 47 years until his passing. Phyllis loved being a homemaker taking care of her husband and children. She enjoyed going on casino trips with friends, gardening and trips up north. Phyllis is survived by her children, Duane “Griz” (Judy) Sisk, Richard Sisk, Chris Sisk, Ricky (Vicki) Sisk, grandchildren, Bobby, Randy, Becky, Ben, Danielle, Six great- grandchildren, half- siblings, Bev Hendricks, Glen Corwin. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, Larry Corwin, sister, Marilyn Long. The family would like to thank Arbor Manor and Great Lakes Caring for all the wonderful care that was given to Phyllis during her illness. Per her wishes a private family graveside service. Phyllis was laid to rest at Draper Cemetery next to her husband.
