Of Jackson, passed away at his home on Sunday, November 3, 2024, just five days before his 79th birthday. He will be remembered by his wife of 30 years, Janet Kuntz; children, Loretta, Kim, Sherri, Michelle and Gary. eleven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren; sister, Caroline Bowman of Houghton Lake as well as several nieces, nephews and many loving family members and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Louise and brother, Phillip. Ray was born in Jackson, Michigan on November 8, 1945 to Ervin and Esther Kuntz. He grew up in Munith and is a graduate of Stockbridge High School. Ray spent most of his career working for ARAMARK and retired after many years of dedicated service. He enjoyed Golf, playing BINGO, spending time at the senior center and telling stories. Ray touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed. According to his wishes, cremation has been selected and there will be no public services at this time.
