Richard L. Paschack

Richard L. Paschack of Jackson, Michigan, passed away on January 31, 2026 at the age of 85. Richard was born December 15, 1940, to Lawrence and Rita (Miskell) Paschack in Benton Harbor, Michigan. The family moved to Jackson, where he grew up. After graduating from Jackson High School, he attend Michigan State University. Later in life he went back to school to earn his bachelor's degree at Spring Arbor College. He remained a lifelong MSU fan following all of the MSU sports, as well as Detroit Lions and Detroit Tigers fan. Richard worked for 50 years as a real estate agent, staying active with work even as he aged, continuing to go into the office for a few hours each day. He also enjoyed spending time on the water fishing, and going on long pontoon rides at his brother Bob's house on Lake Fenton.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and by his brother Gary Paschack.

He is survived by his brother Robert (Susan) Paschack of Fenton, Michigan; niece Kimberly Davis of Fenton, Michigan; nephew Kevin Paschack of Flushing, Michigan and seven great nieces and nephews.

Richard had a strong faith in the Lord and was a long time member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Jackson. In lieu of flowers, contribution in Richard's name may be made in his memory to Trinity Lutheran Church, 122 W. Wesley, Jackson, Michigan, 49201.

A Memorial Visitation will be held for Richard Tuesday, February 10, 2026, from 12-1 PM at Burden & Patience-Montgomery Funeral Home, 1806 E Michigan Ave., Jackson, MI 49202, followed by a Memorial Service from 1-2 PM at the same location.
